Dentistry
A service provided by our specialists from all over the world and local veterinarians. Get advice on dental health care for your furry pet. Please note that specialist service are offered at higher prices.
Specialist
Diverse disciplines which include small animal and large animal specialist. This service is limited to iPet specialists.
Pet insurance pre-requisite
This service is available for pet owners with pet insurance registered on iPet. Future prospective services providers included Medipet, dotsure and others.
Animal welfare
Welfare advice is offered by welfare organizations registered with SAVC, registered animal attendants and others. These include SPCA, Mdzananda, PDSA, Animal Cruelty league others. Rates for these services are limited and subsidized.
Nutrition
A requirement for the new pet owners. Get professional advice from a registered veterinarian and nutritionist for the newborns. Services include puppy classes, nutrition, vaccination, routine health care and behavior.
Exotic animal consultation
Get advice on your exotic pets which include lagomorphs (rabbits, mince , guinea pigs ), aquatics and reptiles. The service is currently limited to a few veterinarians and Cape Exotic Animal Hospital www.ceah.co.za
Behavioral medicine
Independent Behavioral specialists registered with SAVC are at your service to help you with pets that suffer from anxiety, aggression, depression and other behavioral issues. Further advice on environmental changes and pet relocation is be available.
Homeopathy & physio
A service for the believers on pure organic and natural healing. A service for the old furry with chronic degenerative conditions i.e joint arthritis, organ failure and post-op surgical pet health care.
PAPA license
An important service for security companies that require PAPA license registration with the government veterinary service. Current service providers for on site inspection and routine veterinary health care include Bluedowns Animal clinic.

How do I pay for my booking ?
We have multiple payment methods you can choose from – EFT, cash, and cards.

Can I cancel my booking ?
Yes – you may cancel your booking up until 2 hours before the booking time. Cancellations are subject to a 10% administration fee.

Can I reschedule my booking ?
Yes - you may reschedule your booking up to two hours before the booking time.

How can I join the virtual meeting ?
Upon booking, you will receive an email with the booking information. The email will include a Microsoft Teams link that you should click a few minutes before the booking team. You can connect via your cell phone, tablet or laptop.

Do I need to go into the vet clinic ?
Based on the outcome of the consultation, our veterinarians will advise on whether you need to take your pet to the clinic.
